Our aim is to help with Higher Education/ VET college course application with TEQSA/ASQA and provide a seamless transition from management accounts to statutory financial statements and income tax returns. We would also be an external technical resource for the group and provide strategic business advice as required. 

Our Scope would include: –

For Higher Education Provider TEQSA main application, TEQSA Financial Viability Risk Assessment (FVRA) Tool. Regular financials and compliance report to TEQSA.
For VET college, ASQA main application, ASQA Financial Viability Risk Assessment (FVRA) Tool for Registered Training Provider (RTO). Regular financials and compliance report to ASQA.
Preparation of annual statutory accounts and income tax returns
Preparation of activity statements, (quarterly BAS and monthly IAS)
Quarterly meetings to review the previous quarter – management accounts, asset purchases, business developments, threats and opportunities, structuring issues and growth plans
Year-end pre-planning meeting– review year-to-date management accounts and discuss year end preparation and tax planning
Year-end sign off meeting – review and sign off on all year end entity accounts and income tax returns
ASIC company register maintenance – attend to all ASIC changes and management of annual review process
TEQSA and ASQA work performed:
Higher Education Provider registered with the Tertiary Education Quality and Standards Agency (TEQSA) For TEQSA main application, completed TEQSA Financial Viability Risk Assessment (FVRA) Tool. As a nominated Accountant provided Accountant’s Certificate to TEQSA for: • Bachelor of Business (Entrepreneurship) (BBUS) • Bachelor in Information Technology (BIT) • Bachelor in Social Work (BSW) On a regular basis preparing and reporting to TEQSA complex reporting requirements including Projected and Actual: • Profit and Loss account • Balance Sheet • Cash Flows Forecast • Capital Expenditure Report • Financial Analysis • 5 years Financial Forecast • Sensitised Forecast • EFTSL Report • Proposed Budged • Variance Analysis Report • Ratio Analysis Report • Risk Analysis and Weightings • Financial Viability metrics • Quarterly Condition Report • Quarterly Financial Report • ASIC services • BAS/IAS/payroll/superannuation • Company Tax Return
